Ticket gives you access for the entire day, so come when you’re ready. Full Day details will be shared on July 19th. Our day will be spent learning health and wellness tips, participating in health screenings, and shopping at vendors.

Consider the following topics: Nutrition Meal Planning Fitness/Training Meditation/Mindfulness *all classes will be a 30 min block* This ticket is also for organizations or programs who want to share their information. For organizations looking to vend, there are two shifts. AM: 9-1; PM 12-4. PLEASE INDICATE YOUR DESIRED SHIFT.
